About Eastern Fate
The Art Behind the Algorithm
Eastern Fate is the work of a dedicated team of Chinese metaphysics practitioners, BaZi scholars, and technologists who share a singular vision: to bring the depth and clarity of traditional Eastern BaZi analysis to the modern world.
Our founding team brings together experience in BaZi (also known as the Four Pillars of Destiny), Five Elements theory, and classical Chinese cosmology.
Why We Built This
For centuries, authentic BaZi readings were only available to those who could find a skilled practitioner β often through word of mouth, and often at considerable cost. Meanwhile, the internet is flooded with oversimplified horoscopes that barely scratch the surface of what Chinese metaphysics can reveal.
What we set out to do: combine the traditional concepts of BaZi with modern AI to offer grounded, personalized readings in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
That's why we built Eastern Fate.
What Sets Us Apart
π Rooted in Tradition
Our chart logic follows classical BaZi texts. Each insight comes from how the Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, and Five Elements interact in your chart.
π― True Solar Time, Explained
We build your chart from the birth time you enter. If no time zone is given, we use local clock time without a true solar time correction.
π€ AI That Understands Metaphysics
Our AI writes the reading from your calculated chart, following classical interpretation frameworks for element interactions, Ten Gods, and Luck Pillars. Treat it as a reference for reflection, not a prediction.
π Built for a Global Audience
Available in English, Chinese (δΈζ), Japanese (ζ₯ζ¬θͺ), and Korean (νκ΅μ΄). Each language version is written for its own cultural context, not machine-translated as an afterthought.
π Your Chart, Your Privacy
Birth data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your personal information. Your chart is yours alone.
The Five Elements Philosophy
At the heart of BaZi lies the interplay of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These are not just abstract concepts β they manifest in your personality, career path, relationships, and life timing.
Understanding your elemental balance gives you a framework for:
- Self-awareness: Know your natural strengths and blind spots
- Career alignment: Find work that flows with your energy, not against it
- Relationship insight: Understand compatibility at a deeper level
- Life timing: Recognize favorable periods for major decisions
Our Mission
To make the profound wisdom of Chinese metaphysics accessible, grounded, and practical for anyone in the world β regardless of language, culture, or prior knowledge.
Ancient wisdom. Modern clarity. Your chart, made readable.
